The Plurinational Climate Change Policy (PPCC) establishes a framework for action to mitigate and adapt to climate change, promoting sustainable development in harmony with Mother Earth. The overall objective of the PPCC is to promote climate crisis management at all levels in the Plurinational State of Bolivia. It involves promoting mitigation, adaptation, and resilience actions, as well as response measures to the impacts, damage, and losses caused by this crisis.
